Amongst UP elections, Lokpal and other such contentious issues hovering over everybody's head, i felt like taking myself away to think about some serene topics and then the glimpse of happiness delivered by numerous little things that strike our lives each day took my heart away!
In the world of today where each one of us has to face a new challenge each day : a child struggling to learn to walk, a younger one wanting to prove himself better than his elder sibling, a student striving to excel in his class, a mother desiring to keep her family tied by one knot, a father hardworking to earn a livelihood, love-stricken feeling the trauma of uncontrolled emotions, an employee fighting the intimidation of his boss, and our dearest nation builders fighting to let their egoistic ideas dominate all over and in the meanwhile they often forget what they were elected for : SERVING THE MOTHER NATION! and the same....
In this haste and the cut-throat race, there are some things that give us immense happiness : a child cries with joy on getting a lollipop, the siblings love each other's company when playing video games, a student exclaims with happiness on getting a chocolate from his teacher, a mother cries on seeing her family watching a daily soap together, a father feels elated when his children wish him Happy Father's Day, the love-birds want to hold on to the valentine days they spent together, an employee gets thrilled when his female colleague whom he has a crush on, comes and asks for a favour, and yeah our leaders must also have moments of inner happiness at their homes or with their loved ones.
Everybody has his own way to happiness.Girls get happiest by shopping or on getting a gift while the boys might just need a Sherlock Holmes or MI to feel so.What i want to convey is that we all have tonnes of sources to let smiles flow on our faces forever.We just need to take a few moments off our hurricane lifestyles and feel what is to be felt the most! What the biggest successes, money, popularity cannot give, can be owned by just enjoying a moment's walk ot talk or hug by our loved ones!
Life is too expensive and short to worry, frown, be jealous.. U have your own destiny and nobody can take that from you.So, make your own path to it and live each second you have got...time starts now..tik-tok..tik-tok...tik-tok!! :)
